The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items.

There was a busy road immediately in fromt of the building which was busy and lot of traffic. This was not obvious from the internet photograph. The appartment block was worn and dissappointing for the money charged. The bedroom was small. We stayed for 6 nights and as a part of a holiday - we did not travel with dishwasher tablets /cleaning agents etc and unlike an apartment we had just left in Spain where basics were provided we were diappointed that these were not in place. The Main Reception staff were abrupt and discourteous. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be recommending or returning.

Nice apartment with full kitchen equipment. The location is the best for Biarritz. If you are with baby, you should reach the Milady beach (in 10 min by car) at another side of Biarritz.

The service was great, with welcoming staff who took good care of everyone. the location near the seafront and shopping centers was amazing. the check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was quiet. We were able to leave our car on site.

Excellent location just across the road from the beach. Room was spotlessly clean. Ample free parking.

Unfortunately we got a ground floor room at the back of the hotel. So, the only view we got from our balcony was of a hedge! All other floors get a sea view or a view over the golf course though.

The location was unbeatable and excellent - just a 10-15 minute walk from a tall lighthouse. I really enjoyed the room with a balcony and the comfy bed. the staff was pleasant and amiable, making me want to choose this place for future trips.

Expensive considering what you get for your money. Toilet paper, garbage bags dish washer powder not included... could only exchange towels once a week.. The hotel has a budget feeling but the price does not match the hotel.

We had very very bad experience with them. We had a reservation and we sent an email we went to be late (23:30), they answered us with a phone number to call due the front desk were going to close at 22:00. When we arrived nobody answered the phone and we had to go to find a new hotel at 12:30am. Really really mad about this situation and I dont think I would ever book again.

Clean and well-equipped rooms with a bright atmosphere. Friendly staff who provide pre-ordered breakfast options. The location is great, with a lovely sandy beach just across the road. The hotel is also conveniently located for visiting Bayonne and Biarritz. Free wifi available in the dining room.

The location was excellent, between Anglet and Biarritz. The beach was just nearby and the appartment facing the ocean side was just excellent. We have had really good time there.

good location, only 5-10 mins walk down to beach...

rooms were poorly sound-insulated. be prepared to hear every burp from your neighbours and whatever is happening in the courtyard might as well be happening in your room.

The rooms were good sized and bright with a balcony kept by the amiable staff. The amenities included a fridge, a microwave oven and a work desk.
